Fly is faster than brain!

Good work, fly.

When my hand moves (I move my hand), light bounces off my hand to my eye, and to fly's eye. The molecules in my hand push the molecules of air around them, which propagate wave-like to fly. Fly takes in the input—the air, the light—and fly's brain converts input into fly-consciousness. Or fly-subconsciousness. Fly braind (brain mind! pronounced "brined?") does the thing to make fly move. So fast fly!
